SYNOPSIS
A series of 13 videos made between 2000 and 2009 shown together for the frst time. Starting with the “musical” writings of Pier Vittorio Tondelli, Ancarani retraces the changes that have come to Romagna’s ‘riviera’ in recent decades: immigration and petrochemical plants amidst timeless landscapes. Director’s statement I think you can talk about universal themes by describing a small, marginalised reality.
